Renovation of a house, Leiderdorp
A house from the 80s – on the ground floor – completely redesigned and expanded at the rear. Bundling existing structural and installation elements creates a lot of openness and freedom of layout.
By bundling constructive and installation elements – columns, walls, cupboards, the kitchen, the stairs, the television and the toilet – a core zone is created that can be specially designed and materialized.
In this core zone mainly bamboo wood and white lacquered sheet metal parts are used. This creates a contemporary home with a clear identity, lots of light and openness and free layout.
