Temp. means time
Temp. means time. We make assignments where time plays a role a success. We are experienced in sustainability, transformation, circularity, phasing and flexibility. We see the importance of integrated solutions and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. We understand the interests of local residents and recognize the importance of greenery. We know how special ambitions can be achieved with average, tightly controlled construction budgets.
Sustainability and Livability
The effects of climate change are especially felt in our cities, where the vast majority of people live. The call for future-proof, inclusive, liveable streets, neighborhoods and cities is therefore growing stronger every day. If we want to keep our cities livable, we must make them circular and climate-adaptive. A circular and climate-adaptive city can easily be reused, enables its residents to be responsible for their own environment and is future-proof. A circular and climate-adaptive city is a flexible city. A nature-inclusive city that is energy neutral and has no carbon footprint. We help these kinds of cities to realise.
The Flexible City
In 2023 we published our third book in the The Flexible City series, subtitled: “Solutions for a Circular and Climate Adaptive Europe”. The book shows how we can successfully make our towns and cities, our public spaces and all our real estate circular and climate-adaptive. The methodology of the book is based on our working method and our own experiences.
